The cogeneration plant module for the combined production of electricity and heat our series

 in outdoor solution, composed of n.  01 generator set powered by natural gas set up in a container, capable of producing electricity and thermal energy in hot water from the decoupling exchanger and steam from fume recovery.

 Residual noise level: 70 db(A) at 10 meters in free field without acoustic reflection (reference temperature 25°C).  The supply includes the following components listed.

1 - Generator set

 Otto cycle internal combustion engine fueled by natural gas, coupled with a synchronous alternator on an antivibrating base, complete with electrical management panel, with characteristics as per the attached technical specification and housed in a special container.

2 - Container for module housing

3 - Container for housing the generator set

4 - Plate heat exchanger

 Having a decoupling function between the engine circuit and the user circuit and suitable for recovering heat from the first stage intercooler, oil and engine block circuits. Power: 448 kWt.

 5 - Fume recovery boiler for steam production

Fume recovery thermal unit suitable for the production of steam by means of a horizontal smoke tube exchanger, externally insulated with mineral wool and painted steel plate.

6 - Plate heat exchangers.

 Supply of the following plate exchangers, complete with 4 motorized valves with modulating regulation for thermal utilities:

 no.  01 FIORINI plate heat exchanger with a power of 120 kW;

 no.  01 FIORINI plate heat exchanger with a power of 300 kW;

 no.  01 FIORINI plate heat exchanger with a power of 120 kW.
