HOW TO PARTICIPATE
How to participate in the auction?

HOW IT WORKS
What is an auction? What kind of auction are we talking about?
An auction is a public sale in which an asset/property is sold to the highest bidder.
Participants will be able to make their offers only through the portal www.Mercury Auctions.com or through the web portal authorized by the Ministry of Justice dedicated to judicial auctions and indicated by Mercury Auctions.
What are the key elements I need to know?
Auction base price: the minimum amount of the first regular bid.
Reserve Price: the amount below which the Owner intends to retain the right to refuse bids.
Relaunch: Improved Offer.
Minimum relaunch: is established and communicated in the auction conditions.
When does an auction end?
Each auction provides a term as indicated on the web page.
It should be noted that the auction deadline may be extended for 2 (two) additional minutes if the last bid occurs during the last two minutes before the deadline.
AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS
Who is responsible for the collection and transportation of the asset?
Once the auction is over, Mercury Auctions staff will be responsible for managing and monitoring all after-sales operations, remaining available to organize any services of transport and delivery of the asset, managing payments in complete transparency.
