    Complete TMG FlexRobot system, year 2024, new and never used, subjected to internal factory testing. The system is already packed and ready for delivery.

    Main configuration:

    • 3 product infeed lines and 3 palletizing stations
    • FANUC Flex Robot, 4 axes, 185 kg payload
    • maximum load handled by the robot: 70 kg
    • indicative throughput: 42 cartons/min – 2,520 cartons/hour
    • pallet sizes: 800 × 1200 and 1000 × 1200 mm
    • TOSA Mod. 090 wrapping machine, maximum pallet weight 1,500 kg
    • integrated product conveying and pallet handling systems.

    Packed on wooden platforms and protected with aluminium film for sea transport – no. 4 × 40' HC containers.
