The object of this competitive procedure is the transfer to the highest bidder in a single lot of the Company owned by Tiles Shop srl. formerly TEMPINI SPA. Currently the subject of the Company Rental, current in the premises owned by third parties in Brescia (BS), viale della Bornata n.127, in the complex known as "BORGO WHURER", which includes exclusively the goods, contracts and activities listed below:

a) Movable property placed at the shop/exhibition in Brescia viale della Bornata n.127, in the Complex called "BORGO WHURER" as exactly described and identified in the inventory attachment 4, There are no movable property registered.

b) The contracts relating to the exercise of business activities included in the Company Rental, where they have not been terminated in the medium term.
